Every day you will:

• Greet customers and be the absolute point of contact from intake to release of their vehicles
• Understand and relay car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete in a specialized system
• Order necessary parts from suppliers and follow through until delivered to technicians
• Ensure that automotive work and service provided to customers meet standards
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
• Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
• May be required to attend classes (paid) (via Zoom)

Essential Demands:

• Regularly interacts with employees and customers.
• Work includes frequent movement around the facility and the outdoor parking lot and movement in and out of cars. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit.

Pay:

• Base pay is guaranteed and is paid on top of commission
• Commission is paid weekly and based on all sales
