We are seeking qualified Behavior Technician candidates to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in the home setting. Behavior Technicians will receive thorough ABA training in order to gain the skills necessary to provide quality 1:1 therapy with children. Behavior Technicians will receive supervision under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Behavior Technicians will gain the following skills: conduct behavior interventions/assessments, utilize various data collection methods, learn about verbal behavior protocols, and implement behavior management programs. Behavior Technicians will also implement skill acquisition programs across the domains of communication, receptive/expressive language, social/play skills, and activities of daily living skills.
Candidates should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree completed or in process (required) and 1 year of experience with children (preferred)
