A growing lighting company is seeking a full time billing specialist to join their team.
The Billing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This position will work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoices, and Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices and payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Work with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and analysis on invoice and payment data.
Qualifications
- Experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
