Servicing various industries and markets worldwide, including Real Estate & Aquatics, Municipal & Wastewater Treatment, Food & Beverage, and Oil & Gas, our focus is on recovering and recycling different waters in a centralized or distributed way. The company also provides recreational quality water for artificial beaches, urban lagoons, wave pools, surf parks, and ultra-pure and potable water for various uses.

VVater seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Land Development Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of land development engineering, including site planning, stormwater management, grading design, and utility infrastructure. The ideal candidate is passionate about civil engineering, eager to learn, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is an hourly paid internship; the working hours are 32-40 per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing site, grading, and utility plans for land development projects.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess site conditions and identify engineering constraints.

• Assist in designing and analyzing water management systems.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop cost-effective and sustainable solutions for land development projects.

• Assist in preparing technical reports, calculations, and drawings using engineering software and tools.

• Support permit application processes and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals.

• Perform other engineering tasks and support the land development team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Strong technical skills and proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.

• Knowledge of land development engineering principles, regulations, and standards.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
