Requirements and Responsibilities:

• You have a minimum of ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience, focusing on agile projects.
• You have at least two (2) years of specialized experience in leading IT DevSecOps projects with a minimum of managing fourteen (14) twelve (12) person Agile team(s).
• You have at least three (3) years of specialized experience in business process analysis and change management.
• You have demonstrated experience in executing agile programs with AI/ML.
• You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• You have experience managing large complex programs for Federal customers.
• You have experience strategizing, planning, leading organizing, and motivating project delivery team
• You have experience monitoring and managing the financials and staffing of an IT program
• You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• You have strong written and oral communication skills
• You have demonstrated the ability to determine and implement improvements for the program to achieve quality and customer excellence.
• You have, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience.
