Beyer Blinder Belle, with offices in New York City, Boston, and Washington DC, is seeking an enthusiastic Project Architect to join its New York office. I. Role
We are looking for a motivated individual who can work in a team environment on a significant cultural project in New York City, from design through construction.
II. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• 10 years of experience (licensed or on a path to licensure)
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Fluent in Revit and design technology software.
• Full-time professional working directly with project manager, partner-in-charge, client, and consultant teams, assigned to one or multiple projects from feasibility to construction documents and construction administration phases.
• Focus on design excellence to maintain design intent/integrity throughout the project through detailed envelope and interior condition assessments to treatment recommendations, specifications, and construction details.
• Responsible for document production, design team coordination, and contributing to production and collaboration workflows.
• Can represent the design team during the design and construction process, effectively and collaboratively resolving issues while preserving the design intent.
• Strong graphic, oral, and written communication skills.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience and ability ranging between $90,000 and $125,000, excluding bonuses and other benefits. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a resume, cover letter, and portfolio.
