We are dedicated to sustainable and innovative agriculture practices to produce high-quality, locally-grown products all year round. We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our greenhouse facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas of the facility, including equipment, surfaces, and production areas, are properly cleaned and sanitized to meet food safety requirements. Responsibilities Follow sanitation procedures to clean and disinfect equipment, surfaces, and production areas Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards (SQF/HACCP) Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies Perform routine inspections to identify sanitation issues and report them to the appropriate personnel Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required Assist with other duties as assigned Requirements Prior experience in a sanitation or janitorial role preferred Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations Ability to follow instructions and work independently Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Basic knowledge of using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely Ability to work afternoon/evening shift Benefits Competitive salary plus bonuses Health Care Plan Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Training & Development PandoLogic.
