MAINTENANCE TECH /PORTER WANTED (Tinley Park)

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician/Porter for our community in Tinley Park, Il. If you are an experienced technician with a desire for a career with a growing company, we’d like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate must be able to take the responsibilities for the following:

· Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.

· Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.

· Responsible for general clean-up of the community.

· Be available for after hour's emergency calls on a rotational basis.

· Will perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience 3 years.
Must have a good history of job dependability and performance.
Must have experience in the use of maintenance equipment and tools.
Must have valid driver’s license.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Maintenance: 2-3 year (Preferred)
Apartment Turns: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
