We are looking for a Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
** Evening shift; Every Other Weekend schedule available **
Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
Graduation from accredited nursing program.
Current Iowa RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse license.
Previous experience as a staff nurse/charge nurse in which supervisory and leadership abilities have been demonstrated is preferred.
Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor, the Charge Nurse is responsible for planning and organizing the nursing service functions on their shift to provide optimal nursing care for each resident within established regulations, standards, and policies relating to nursing services.
