Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Knowledge and understanding of the organization, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
* Knowledge and proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft office applications
* Strong knowledge of student support programs and ability to make referrals
* Possess strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
* Experience in teaching college-level students
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in academic advising or a closely related field.
* Mastery of proactive academic advising techniques
* General understanding of students' affective domain and knowledge of resources to assist students' needs.
