MARC Community Resources, a non-profit organization serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is seeking a qualified Case Coordinator. The Case Coordinator ensures that individuals supported by MARC Community Resources have adequate and continuous personalized supports that enable them to participate fully in life opportunities in their home, at program, at work and in the greater community and grow from the experience. Liaison between DDS case managers and families ensuring communication is fluent and proactive, preparing reports and representing participants and MARC at IP meetings and the development and maintenance of records in Therap.
