Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide outstanding support to our customers. This role requires an individual who is not only customer service-oriented but also understands the critical importance of timely delivery of medical supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and courteously, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

• Handle order processing, including taking orders, verifying shipping addresses, and ensuring accurate billing information.

• Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Assist with shipping and packaging orders during peak periods or when it is an "all hands on deck" situation.

• Proactively monitor order statuses and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delays or discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in a customer service or related role, preferably within the medical supplies industry.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary: $25/hour
