We are seeking a dynamic, detailed and cheerful receptionist for main desk. This person will answer phones; provide service to our guests, residents, patients, staff associates. This position is 8 am - 430 pm.

Qualifications Required:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Computer experience and use of general office equipment
• Ability to work independently, good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Qualifications Preferred:

• Ability to respond to guest and residents requests

Essential Functions of the job:

• Greets visitors/families/vendors.
• Answers and routes all calls into the switchboard timely, politely and accurately
• Responds to and prioritizes emergency call/alarm system according to protocol.
• Handles emergency procedures calls appropriately
