Benchmark at Rye will pay you to train and become a Certified Personal Care Assistant. Must be a compassionate Home Health Assistant to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time and Part Time Schedules available!

Days: 6a -2p

Evenings: 2p-10p

Nights: 10p-6a

Base Rate: $20-21.25 $2/hour differential for Nights and Weekends!

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

* Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.

* Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

* Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

* Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

HHA Requirements:

* Valid PCA Certificate which we will pay for you to take class or CNA-HHA license or certificate required.

* Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.

* Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)

* Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

* Willingness to learn!
