Team Overview

The IT Risk Cluster delivers crucial and vital information to the entire company. The cluster is divided into multiple different blocks, each with their own function: Risk Modelling, Risk Reporting, and Data. Across each block, having access to accurate, complete, timely, global and consistent Risk Data is vital for the correct functioning of all our Risk services. This is a global team with representation in Europe, Asia-Pacific and USA (Chicago).

Job Overview

This position is part of the Risk Data block that supports data orchestration, ETL processes, and data integration from source systems to target Risk systems using C . The direct stakeholders are other C IT Engineers, Risk Data Analytics team members, Business Developers, Data Analysts, Data Architects and Risk Managers.

Potential projects may include:

• Implementation of Risk input data requirements for Market Risk
• Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance support
• Ensure input data is globally consistent including products, prices, positions, accounts, Risk parameters/settings etc.

This is a hybrid position, that will require generally a minimum of three days per week onsite at the Chicago office location in the financial district of the loop. Potential for travel based on business needs.

Job Requirements

• Min 4 years of C experience in a professional capacity
• Min 2 years of experience with Data Engineering, Data Modeling or related technologies and capabilities
• Proven DevOps Capabilities and experience with setting-up / maintaining CI/CD pipelines to deliver your code
• Ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders across regions at varying levels of seniority
• Strong verbal and written communication skills:
• Keen to explore ideas and problems through coding in close collaboration with others (in the office at least three times per week)
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with generally a min of 3 days in office
• Ability to support global working hours when needed

Preferred Skills:

• An affinity with financial services and risk management
• Experience working in a global team
