Position Overview:

Belmont Hill School seeks a full-time Associate Director of Annual Giving to join our Alumni House Team. This role will focus on all annual giving programs and collaborate on al Alumni House programs. Great team atmosphere and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of Annual Giving to lead the annual giving strategy.
• Oversee volunteer management and Annual Fund execution, including recruiting and managing parent and alumni fundraising volunteers.
• Develop and implement Annual Fund appeals
• Manage reunion giving for specific classes
• Assist in planning and coordinating events
• Provide analytical support for annual giving strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred
• Raiser’s Edge experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
