A Business Analysis resource I opportunity is available through Belcan. This is a 3 month contract opportunity with our key pharmaceutical client.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Process customers' orders

* Help with inventory reconciliations

* Investigate and respond to any customers" Returns related inquiries received into Customer Operations Inbox daily

* Help to investigate any returns deductions taken by the customers and work with customers on addressing and resolving any issues

* Support any various reporting and analysis as well as audit and J-Sox requests

* Contribute to any projects and initiatives to improve the current process

* Assist with any ad hock assignments as needed

Required Skills:

* Bachelor degree

* Minimum 4 years experience in Customers Operations / Finance/Supply Chain

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel - able to use PVT, vlook-ups, etc.

* SAP or another ERP software knowledge

* Able to handle and interpret large amount of data in excel

* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
