Come work with a local, women, and therapist run company! Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 24-25 school year. The BCBA will serve the students in person.

Job Details:

• Position is for the 24-25 school year, in person
• Must have a National BCBA Certification
• Must have or be eligible to receive Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure
• Provide functional behavior intervention plan for student’s district individual education plan.
• Provide the district with safety plan for aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
• Provide teacher with data collection systems for all behavior goals
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic targets/goals.
• Communicate weekly and update with progress reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $68.00 per hour
