Salary: Up to $85,000 annually

Your Role:

As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you won't just be part of our team — you'll be a cornerstone. You'll champion:

• Leadership: Directly collaborate with the Director of Nursing, and step up when they're away.
• Excellence in Care: Foster a secure, health-centric environment ensuring unparalleled resident care.
• Team Development: Cultivate a thriving culture where every team member feels engaged, contributes to resident well-being, and achieves professional growth.
• Effective Supervision: Oversee our dedicated Nursing Personnel to ensure every resident receives the best care.
• Communication: Act as the vital bridge between nursing staff, management, physicians, and families of residents.
• Decision Making: Resolve nursing and unit challenges with clarity and compassion.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly attend and supervise wound care sessions and actively participate in facility surveys.
• Education: Ensure that all staff actively participate in all in-service training programs. You will be responsible for conducting in-service training sessions for nursing staff, etc.
