Logistics Specialist

Freeus is an award winning wholesale provider of wearable mobile personal emergency response systems (mPERS). We develop two-way voice mPERS that work both inside the home and away from home, offering peace of mind to seniors and their caregivers.

As one of the fastest growing companies in the US and a leading mobile mPERS manufacturer, Freeus is looking to add a Logistics Specialist to the team. In this role you will be responsible for the moving, housing, and supplying of products to customers. You will ensure that products are shipped to customers within 48 hours and successfully audit the constant supply of materials while working with a team to meet company goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Organize inventory and follow shipping procedures

• Work as a member of the team to achieve our standard of quality of work and goals

• Use critical thinking as new situations and problems arise

• Maintain professionalism, security, and integrity to ourselves, co-workers, and customers

• Ship orders in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy

• Create shipping labels

• Fulfill sales orders in NetSuite

• Follow shipping procedures to pick, package, and ship inventory

• Activate devices through our technical platform

• Ensure all orders are shipped out within 48 hours

• Conduct daily counts of inventory to ensure number on hand matches NetSuite

• Investigate into how inventory levels may be incorrect

• Make adjustments as needed

• Process requests for Demo units

• Receive packages and process returned devices through RMA testing

• Test returned devices for defects and re-purpose them if successful

Skills Needed:

• Ability to maintain a consistent and predictable schedule

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products

• Ability to lift 20 lbs and move boxes throughout the day

• Maintain organized work area

• Ability to work on feet and do physical processes

• Strong communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment
