Agoura Hills law firm seeking Municipal Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years experience.

Representing public entities as well as the ability to make court appearances for:

• Code Enforcement (administrative and criminal) and,
• Ongoing Civil Litigation (breach of contract)

Law and Motion experience, including summary adjudication, required.

This position is full-time with flexible / remote schedule possibilities after 3-6 month probationary period.

• Salary based on experience and qualifications.

Litigation Attorney Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on legal best practices
• Prepare case file documents
• Compile comprehensive trial briefs
• Draft and administer contracts, negotiate deals
• Review discovery documents and define the best course of action
• Adhere to a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case-related conferences
• Reviewing and/or drafting City Ordinance and Policies
• Reviewing City Contracts

Litigation Attorney Requirements and Qualifications
