Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:

• At least 2 years of field or shop service tech troubleshooting and repair skills of Natural Gas and Diesel Engine experience required.
• Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair engines and transmission in a shop environment.
• Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with customers and employees in a professional manner.
• Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

• Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, climb, etc.

• Able to stand for extended periods. 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required. 

• Must have a steady employment history.
• Must have own tools

Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Diesel Technology schooling preferred

License and Certification

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to obtain a forklift certification
