Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Investment Operations Specialist position in Jacksonville, FL.

IN-OFFICE POSITION

W-2 position

• Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week) contract
• Length: 6 months, possible extension ortemp to hire
• Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P
• Pay rate: $22.00

K ey Responsibilities:

• The position includes providing operational support to the BU and Clients directly on borrow/lending comparison, trade matching, collateralization and break research. Providing settlement status to client intra-day of Equity and Bond trades, coordinating with internal counterparts to confirm settlement status for all current day transactions. Role includes interaction with the Front Office Business Unit other internal GMO&MO support departments such as Trade Processing, Settlement, Corporate Actions and Operations Risk management.

Requirements for the Trade Operations Analyst position:

• 1 year of experience with a financial institution in an Operations environment supporting institutionally traded financial products.
• Experience with settlements and confirmation of transactions.
• Strong Excel skill.
