BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs and HHA to care for our adult and geriatric clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Pay: up to $19 per hour depending on experience and travel. 4-12 hour shifts available. Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours

• Smyrna
• Dover
• Camden
• Milford

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .
• Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, we can accept out of state license

Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication reminders
