We need a strong Registered Nurseto fulfill the role of Director of Clinical Services

Our Director of Clinical Services maintains the quality of home healthcare/private duty through knowledge of:

• North and South Carolina nursing license laws and State and Federal Home Care Regulations
• Familiarity JCAHO accreditation standards
• HIPAA compliance
• Insurance qualifications for reimbursement
• Company policy and procedures

Ideal candidates must have prior home healthcare experience with Medicaid certified programs.

We are looking for a strong RN who is detail oriented, a self starter, and has good communication skills. Our DON will work with Nurses and More's patients and families, field staff nurses and aides (our team of healthcare professionals who provide care), and will also work along side our Nurses and More office team (Branch Director, Staffing Managers, and Recruiters). This position will assist with some marketing under direction of Branch Director. Need to be focused on Customer Service and a willing team player!

RN's with pediatric experience highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight of Clinical Activity to plan, direct, coordinate and monitor delivery of home care services
• Ensure effective communication with physicians, caregivers, referral sources and clients.
• Maintain client charts to include Plan of Care /485, case conferences, medication and plan of care changes
• Clinical patient care
• Participates in Hiring, Evaluating and Supervision of Clinical field staff
• Oversee Quality Assurance activities

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Current License as an R.N.; BSN preferred, but not required
• 2 years of recent Home Health Care experience in North Carolina (including experience with State survey)
• 2 years of Supervisory/Teaching experience
• Advanced knowledge of State and Federal Home Care rules and regulations is preferred
• Versatile nursing skills and case management experience
• Profit and loss experience preferred

Pay: $102,905.00 - $106,005.00 per year
