Bay Area Community Resources is Hiring an Expanded Learning Program Manager (Oakland) Near Oakland, CA

Job Title: Expanded Learning Program Manager - Oakland

We are seeking a committed and passionate Expanded Learning Program Manager to lead an innovative and creative team that impacts the community, makes the world a better place, and be part of change.

Benefits:

Salary range is $72,000 - $80,000 per year DOE

Up to 200 hours of vacation per year (including holidays)

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 -5 years of experience working in after school or background in Education and Youth Development in a supervisory role

Must have experience in developing, managing, and monitoring large budgets with multiple funding sources.

Ability to maintain high level professionalism, confidentiality, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision and safety of multiple school sites.

Responsible for fiscal oversight of sites, payroll, human resource management and grant compliance

Ongoing collaboration and coordination with all stakeholders.

Promote a safe and positive emotional climate for your team

Ongoing coaching, training and mentoring of program coordinators

Maintaining and developing strong partnerships with regional and statewide partners.

Engagement in agency initiatives and committees
