- Retail store manager for a Christian charity society in Dayton, OH. They must have experience managing a large store. Multi store preferred. They will lead a central thrift store that serves the homeless community in Dayton.
- Demonstrated experience managing a retail store, or several stores, preferably with multiple sales channels.
- Mastery of optimizing sales and production data to drive growth, including optimizing point-of-sale data.
- The ability to manage with empathy a diverse workforce, and interact with the entire community of customers, employees, vendors, and those served by the mission.
- Experience working or volunteering for a non-profit organization, or working in thrift or consignment retail would be an advantage.
