Our small 2 Doctor pediatric office in Danville is looking for a part time (plus vacation coverage) medical assistant. We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to handle back-office duties along with some front office help.

Responsibilities include:

• Team Player
• Room patients including vital signs and measurements.
• Basic Laboratory skills including hemoglobin, urine and glucose testing.
• Comfortable giving immunizations to children
• Assist Doctors with procedures.
• Referrals and Authorizations
• Customer service
• Answering phones
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Completion of forms
• Scanning and faxing
• Experience with EMR (Epic Preferred)
• Medical Assisting Certificate

Compensation will be based on experience.

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$24.00-$41.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
