Job Tasks:
The specific tasks assigned to a Dragonfly may vary each shift, but they generally involve the following responsibilities:

• Running Drinks: Delivering beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Running Food: Ensuring food orders are efficiently and accurately brought to guests.
• Bussing Tables: Clearing and cleaning tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Seating Guests: Assisting in seating guests, providing menus, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
• Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests, answering questions, and providing assistance as needed.
• Assisting with Takeout Orders: Helping guests with their takeout orders and ensuring they have everything they need.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Previous Restaurant Experience: While not required, previous restaurant experience is encouraged.
• Trained in bartaco Service and Hospitality: The team member should be familiar with and able to demonstrate the trained bartaco steps of service according to bartaco standards.
• Physical Ability: The Dragonfly should be capable of carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine Hospitality and Kindness: Displaying genuine hospitality, kindness, and a welcoming attitude towards every guest at bartaco.
