Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: Modesto, CA

Position Summary:

Join Anchored Tiny Homes as a Construction Project Manager and be at the forefront of the innovative housing solution movement. In this vital role, you'll lead a range of construction projects from conception to completion, focusing on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Your mission will be to ensure the timely execution of construction procedures, liaise with clients, and uphold the highest standards of safety and precision in building unique, sustainable tiny homes and ADUs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact throughout the construction process, ensuring a smooth and communicative operation from start to finish.

Planning & Coordination: Read and interpret specifications, conduct initial site walkthroughs, and coordinate schedules and activities with General Contractors (GCs) and other stakeholders.

Quality & Safety Oversight: Inspect work progress and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction specifications.

Communication: Confer with managerial staff and contractors to resolve issues and coordinate activities. Deliver comprehensive weekly reports and maintain active communication channels with all parties.

Administrative Excellence: Utilize project management software for updates, manage documentation, and record all operational data accurately.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Management & Coordination: Strong time management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of construction processes, MS Office, and project management software.

Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented, focusing on precision and accuracy.

Education and Experience:

Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Consideration is given to extensive, proven industry experience.

Experience: At least 8 years in construction and 3 years in a project management role.

Licensing: Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work long hours on-site and in an office setting.

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

- Willingness to travel as needed for projects.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
