We have offices in Plano, Frisco, and McKinney.We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistants to join our team as Triage MAs. You will handle inbound and outbound communications for our offices. These calls involve a wide-range of clinical and administrative requests from patients, including appointment scheduling, visit preparation, medication refills and reconciliation, and follow-up care coordination.This is an onsite position in Frisco, TX.
