WHO WE ARE

Old State Saloon is the valley’s newest bar in the oldest building. A saloon coffeehouse and restaurant since 2023 in a building that’s since 1906 - we’re serving up today’s best cocktails, beers, and wines while hosting convivial events, bold billiards matches, and live music. Old State Saloon offers our patrons Idaho history served up in a glass. And if the past weren’t interesting enough, our future holds the design and building of a newer and better kitchen! Soon, we’ll be a saloon, kitchen, coffeehouse, and catering company ready to serve up the best of local foods and drinks for our patrons. Won’t you join us?

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience serving in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to work in close quarters with other servers and bartenders.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and nights.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.

THE JOB

As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Responsibilities include:

• Enthusiastically greeting and assisting guests promptly.
• Thorough knowledge of each menu we offer.
• Taking and serving food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, accurately answering any questions guests may have.
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled.
• Maintaining organizing and cleanliness in the dining area.

COMPENSATION

Competitive wages plus tips, varying with experience.

HOURS

Varying depending on availability and need.

Work completed in the Eagle / Boise, Idaho area.

Pay: From $3.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
