Primary contact for any questions related to Supply Chain processes, ERP system questions, order status for Inventory, Non-Inventory and Employee Sales orders. The Customer Service Associate works directly with the customer (internal/external) by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research, and dispute resolution. Committed to exceeding customer expectations and ensuring a timely resolution to all customer inquiries. Working knowledge of internal Supply Chain processes including Regulatory Guidelines, Product Recalls, Inventory, Receiving, Logistics, Returns, Purchasing, and Contracting. Ability to navigate PeopleSoft and extract pertinent information from all available resources including queries and reports.
Estimated pay range for this position is $15.57 - $18.84 / hour depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
3 years Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of Microsoft systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Skype. Detail oriented, problem solver, good writing and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to deal with difficult callers in a high call volume setting. Able to multi-task and work under pressure in order to meet stringent deadlines.
