The Project Manager 2 is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. The Project Manager is capable of less complex projects, generally under $10M in size. The position requires the ability to manage projects within the state of Florida. Additional Qualifications:

Associates of Arts-AA or equivalent healthcare experience. Preferred 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum, (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree. 5 years of experience as an assistant project manager or at least 8 years construction related experience. Preferred experience in healthcare construction. Demonstrated competency in the areas: of estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, end user relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate, both written and oral. Generally understand the essential job functions, duties and responsibilities of a superintendent. Experience in the inspection process of projects. Competence with PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications preferred. These include: Proliance, MS Project, Power Point, Excel and Word. Valid driver license and clean driving record as occasional driving maybe required with a company vehicle.
