Job Posting Summary Baptist Health is looking for a Lead Hospital Housekeeper to join our Baptist Medical Center South, Environmental Services team. This position is a full-time, evenings opportunity from 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with occassional weekends and holidays. The Lead Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high quality standard of housekeeping by training, supervising, and motivating department personnel to ensure all tasks and schedules are completed in a efficient manner. * Performs a variety of cleaning duties as assigned. Including janitorial and custodial services * Sweeps, mops, dusts, and sanitizes a variety of areas including but not limited to offices, bathrooms, patient rooms, non-patient areas, procedure rooms, common waiting areas, etc. * Maintains all cleaning supplies in accordance to OSHA requirements. * Maintains friendly and professional attitude. * Always follows safety and security protocols. * May perform other duties as required.
