-Minimum 1-2 years customer service and/or kitchen experience, some supervisory experience preferred

Looking for a candidate who:

• Has great communications skills; enjoys working on a team
• Is able to supervise a small team to execute catering events
• Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pays close attention to detail
• Understands food safety
• Delivers excellent customer service
• Maintains a clean and orderly workspace, including washing dishes
• Prioritizes hygiene and cleanliness
• Is able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for 6 hours at a time

SCHEDULE

• Schedule varies throughout the year with events, but will average approximately 20-30 hrs/week during the summer
• *Must have flexible schedule and some weekend availability

• Starting hourly wage plus tips brings wage up toat least $22/houror more

GENERAL JOB EXPECTATIONS

• This position will be responsible for executing off-site catering events under the supervision and with support of the event manager. Events can range from anywhere between 50-250 guests with service as either a buffet or from our food cart.
• Ability to drive the company vehicle and tow the food cart will be one key component of this position.
• Successful execution of catering events may include: communicating with on-site venue coordinator, setting up food cart for service, setting up buffet line, maintaining food cart before/after service, general cleaning and maintaining of catering supplies and equipment
