Since opening in 2016, Dr. Kelly’s has grown from 1 location, to 5, covering the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas with more on the way.

We provide over 20,000 low-cost and free pet surgeries to our community each a year. At Dr. Kelly's we are here to help fill the gap for owners looking for quality care without the significant burden of cost. Dr. Kelly's Surgical Unit is a family owned, fast growing, surgical veterinary practice who believes in doing what is right for the patient first and foremost. We offer affordable, compassionate and convenient surgical solutions to pets and their parents.

The North Phoenix team has 1 doctor and 4 techs and we are looking to add a 5th technician. We are a fast-paced facility performing 15-20 surgeries per day including S/N, dentals, mass removals, cystotomy, amputations, cherry eye, etc. You will need to be able to move quickly and stay focused.

• Previous Veterinary Hospital experience (required)
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) would be helpful

Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Intake/Discharge of surgical patients
• Ability to acquire accurate vitals
• Blood draws
• Catheter Placement
• Drawing, logging and administration of controlled drugs
• Intubation
• Anesthesia monitoring
• Medical record keeping
• Post Op care
• Cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments
• Be able to lift up 50lbs
• Can stand on your feet for long stretches of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $23.00/hour
