Job Description
Prodrome Sciences, a specialty blood test laboratory, supplement manufacturing, and research company that is growing rapidly, is seeking a professional, friendly and confident Client Services Representative with at least 2 years experience to join our team in Temecula, CA. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, a problem-solver with superb communication and listening skills. Experience with social media platforms is a huge plus. The position is full-time. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. You will be part of a team of like-minded and hardworking yet fun individuals who are helping make a difference in people's lives. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and support sales by phone
- Respond to inquiries, take orders and process returns
- Build and retain relationships with clients
- Accomplish established goals
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to clients
- Troubleshoot and help clients resolve issues
- Additional communication duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years experience in sales and/or the healthcare field is an asset, however we are willing to train the right person
- A positive attitude and a go-getter
- A problem-solver and highly adaptable to business changes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of communication tools (CRM, Mailchimp, Zoom, Social Media) is an asset
