The Client Service Representative communicates with employer groups, insurance carriers, and other vendors regarding benefits, claim payment issues, eligibility questions, and billing. Works with the Client Service team as a liaison between carriers and vendors to coordinate and respond to client and member service issues. Assists Client Service team with audits when requested, such as eligibility, carrier records, etc. This role will assist the Client Service team with special projects across all segment sizes and service teams.
