Using RF equipment picker will rapidly and accurately pick order/shipments to allow for prompt fulfillment and meet daily processing targets, customer requirements and company goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Pick and stage shipments
- Clean and maintain area assigned daily
- Communicate well with colleagues across departments, maintain frequent communications with all involved parties
- Maintain accurate inventory counts, using proper computer and equipment record-keeping
- Complete assignments in time allotted
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate forklift to pull large volume and palatalize products
- Support general warehouse operations, receiving, and shipping as needed
- Support fan conventions and trade shows as assigned and available
- Attend regular meetings, report on progress, identify problems, and recommend solutions
- Provide regular reporting to management
- Keep a positive, motivated attitude towards work and tasks assigned
- Follow established protocols, maintaining a safety-first mentality
- Other requests as specified from time to time
- Minimum 3 years distribution or warehouse operations experience
- Forklift Certified
- Strong communications skills
- Problem solving mentality
- Capacity to lead and motivate others to project completion
- Ability to work well on a team
- Meticulous, detail oriented, and hard working
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills to oversee and prioritize projects and meet deadlines
