Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Brand Strategies: Work hands-on to craft brand messages and ensure a cohesive brand identity across all platforms, setting and pursuing strategic goals.
- Create and Manage Social Media Content: Engage with the community by creating and managing content, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics to enhance audience engagement.
- Actively Manage Website Content: Write and optimize SEO-friendly content while collaborating closely with web developers to enhance site functionality and user experience, ensuring the website reflects the brand’s standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on CPG, health and wellness, and/or personal care industries.
- Proficient project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel. (Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus).
- Ability to maintain high visual standards and quality control over marketing materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
