Perform intakes with clients new to the program. Travel to apartment locations to perform apartment inspections following grant guidelines. Your Schedule:

Hourly Compensation: $17.02
Pay schedule semi-monthly

Qualifications The Requirements We are Seeking:
High School Diploma or GED required. Some completion of college and/or business courses is preferred.
A minimumof one year experience in a providing clerical support, administrative, and/or data entry.
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel and Outlook
Must be able to fluently speak, write, and read both English and Spanish
You must have a valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record; reliable transportation; ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personal transportation.
What you Deliver in this role:
You will perform data entry functions of client services in a timely manner related to new and/or existing clients into required database.
You will create and update information related to client data, statistics, grant budget, etc. via Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
You will process rental assistance applications received from clients of the housing program.
Perform the monthly check request process from request to completion for rental assistance for clients.
You will provide accurate reports and correspondence by designated deadlines.
Maintain client files as required by funding sources of the housing program.
You will assist clients of the housing program by providing housing referrals, and answering general questions in conjunction with the case managers and supervisor, utilizing crisis intervention skills when needed.
You will travel to perform apartment inspections in accordance with HUD guidelines.
You will timely and effective communication with apartment managers and housing program staff on lease status, clients' compliance, etc.
You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Other duties may be assigned.
