Title: SAP S4 Manufacturing Boards and Systems Lead
Location: Remote and travel to Santa Clara
Duration: 18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Optimize existing processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA projects, from initial scoping and planning through to execution, go-live, and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the manufacturing team, ensuring the effective use of SAP S/4HANA functionalities. Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and integrate new features as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing operations. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver training.
• Ensure that all SAP S/4HANA solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Maintain documentation and conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing modules. Resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.

Requirement:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing modules.
• Extensive experience with electronics manufacturing processes, specifically in boards and systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience in project scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience in a leadership role within electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and supply chain processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
