Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.

This role supports the F-35 Mission Systems program family, which is part of the F-35 Solutions Product Line in the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. As a member of the F-35 Mission Systems team, this role is a key contributor to the success of EW development in the Electronic Systems Sector.

This role will be performed in a **Hybrid remote format** , with the individual splitting their time between our Manchester, NH facility, and remotely. **To be considered for this opportunity** , **applicants must reside within a reasonable daily commute of our Manchester, NH facility** .

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections

Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

Prior exp. with Program Controls / Program Finance

Analytical and problem solving skills

Capability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate and understandable manner

Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra

General knowledge of industry practices and standards

Experience implementing Earned Value Management processes

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
