We are looking for a Junior Program Analyst to work onsite at Eglin Air Force Base in support of the Air Force Research Lab Munitions Directorate. In this role you will:
Perform program control related duties
Assist with milestone tracking
Analyze performance including comparison of actual results against planned results
Support the development, interpretation of program financial data to input into monthly reports
Help to gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts
Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management
Help to develop and create SOP documentation for systems and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or other relevant area
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
1-3 Years of relevant experience
Air Force or DoD experience
Program control and analysis experience
Ability to understand and accurately translate financial information for a general audience
Current Secret Level Security Clearance
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $43920 - $74700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
