**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an Aerospace or Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical Coordination Team. Our team supports efforts associated with the US and UK TRIDENT Submarine Strategic Weapon System and US Attack Weapon System programs. The selected candidates will work closely with numerous engineering teams supporting the US Navy's Strategic Systems Programs.
Our team uses a variety of tools (DOORS, Excel, Cameo Systems Modeler) to ensure that all weapon system interfaces and requirements are correctly defined and appropriately modeled. We collaborate with various government and contractor organizations to maintain compatibility between Strategic Weapon system subsystems, and between the weapon system and the submarine on which it is embarked.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Required education and years of related/relevant work experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or Electrical Engineering.
Additional skills/experience required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skill and an ability to work with others
Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office Suite
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
Prior Strategic Weapons System or Strategic Systems Programs experience
Experience in applying systems engineering concepts to large projects
Experience with DOORS, Creo, and Cameo Systems Modeler
Demonstrated experience on projects with external stakeholders
Ability to simultaneously engage in multiple projects at various stages of maturity
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $61820 - $105050
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
