Full Job Description
One FULL-TIME opening immediately for a Diesel Mechanic.
Single location repair shop (Class 8 OTR trucks).
All levels of Diesel Mechanic experience are welcome to apply, although we prefer a minimum of 2 years in a full-service shop. We offer competitive pay and benefits. Vacation and Sick time. Minimum of 40 hours per week . There is potential for overtime for those that want it.
Working with all the latest diagnostic software direct from the OEM's, updated shop equipment, a newer facility, and offer a more laid back, small town, easy going work environment.
- Diesel Mechanic pay is based off your experience and knowledge.
- Annual raises and incentives are available and are performance based.
- Drug screening is required.
- CDL is preferred, but not required.
- Health insurance for a single individual is paid 100% by the company and available after 90 days. Family coverage is partially paid by the company.
- Hours range from 7:00am to 5:00pm. M-F
- Every Friday is payday.
- All major holidays are paid 8 hours.
- Must have a toolbox with a decent number of tools.
- Must be on time, willing to work hard, customer friendly, self-motivated, and have a great attitude!
