Position Title: Recruiting and Marketing Intern - Summer
Position Description: This internship opportunity will provide the individual with a well-rounded introduction to various aspects of business, including Human Resources, Marketing and Recruiting. This will be a part-time summer internship, approximately 15-25 hours per week at our facility. Dates of employment and hours are flexible.
Position Responsibilities:
Recruiting/Hiring
- Manage job postings, serving as the administrator for applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Responsible for active recruiting on various platforms. Seek out and liaise with qualified potential candidates.
- Review applicants across all departments and schedule interviews
- Consult with recruiting team & management to identify hiring needs & preferred qualifications
- Create offer letters as needed
Marketing
- Manage social media accounts
- Create social media content using Canva
- Develop social media calendar
- Collaborate with department heads to create engaging social media content
- Support the planning and execution of annual Open House.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or another related field.
- Must have an active personal LinkedIn account, or willingness to create one
- Excellent professional communication skills; both written & verbal, are required as this person will be working closely with internal team members and external potential applicants & new hires
