Location : Tulsa, OK

Overall Purpose :

Responsible for materials and inventory management functions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Order placement and tracking, receiving, stocking, selecting, packing, shipping, and supplier performance management.
• Coordinating the collection and delivering of company supplies and media.
• Maintaining records to measure productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
• Utilizing mechanized systems to provide balance accuracy, create efficiencies in report data, track cost, and maintain budget analysis.
• Ensuring security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, procedure verification, and system review.
• Auditing incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
• Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Additional Information :

At times, NPWs may be allowed to use company vehicles for various tasks. Clean driving record and successful DMV-related required.

NPWs are not permitted to take company vehicles home or keep keys overnight.
