Full Time
- Lead, develop & motivate our diverse team
- Lead all Charter Operations & Assist with day to day operations
- Daily scheduling, operational forecasting, and planning/analysis for the best utilization of assets to maximize
- Oversee and direct daily functions of our dispatch group
- Communicate with clients’ representatives to field concerns and assure service levels meet or exceed standards
- Oversee and approve employee compensation and operational expenditures
- Assist with hiring; evaluates the work performance of staff; ensure the timely and efficient completion of all
- Coordinates with Safety & Training department to ensure all safety goals and directives met
- Oversee facilities condition and maintenance
- Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is preferred but not required
- 5 years’ experience in commercial transportation services (preferred)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- Time Management
- Microsoft Office Suite, working knowledge
- Distinctive Systems, working knowledge (have or obtain)
- Saucon, working knowledge
- FMCSA, Federal, and State DOT regulations, working knowledge
